I feel like I should be watching more currently airing kdramas. I am only watching one: My Royal Nemesis (Netflix). That feels very unusual for me.
However, I am really enjoying this show. It has a really great blend of comedy and drama. Importantly, the romance is starting to work for me (I had early chemistry concerns).
I just feel a little disconnected from other shows… I dropped Sold Out On You and Filing For Love and I paused We Are All Trying Here (because I had already planned to watch My Liberation Notes).
Other dramas have begun and I am just not sure if I am in the right mood for them. Tell me, am I missing out?
My interest in Double Helix is fading… I might give it another couple of episodes and then decide whether to pause/drop this show. I just find myself struggling to connect with some of the acting/writing choices.
I remain utterly obsessed with Go Ahead. I am a slice of life/found family gal and this show is giving me everything I love. The drama has entered a rather angsty phase (I am about half way through) and I am not sure how I feel about all the love triangles but, overall, I love, love, love this drama.
Mouse continues provide lots of twists and turns (and hilarious CGI mice). Maybe it’s me, but I am finding this show quite tricky to follow at times. I need to stop watching at certain points to get the narrative (and serial killers) straight. It's not a bad thing to make me use my brain but this show is so overly complex that it is entering into messy / ridiculous territory.
Angel’s Last Mission is charming watch and another Shin Hye Sun masterclass. While I am not completely hooked, I am very much enjoying this drama.
