Love Scout

Love Scout turned out to be exactly the drama I needed at exactly the right time.

I loved the way it played with tropes - often reversing traditional story beats. I loved how it was unafraid to create a powerful woman with flaws that did not diminish her strength.

I loved how it featured a competent and steadfast man who knew how to support the woman he loved, again without diminishing her strength.

The performances and writing were so impressive. Even during its more angsty moments, the show felt like therapy.

Every episode felt like a treat... week after week, this show proved to be an unexpected joy that, to its very last scene, never let me down.
