This show is part low angst, slow burn romance with a super smitten green flag of a ML and a smart and competent FL, and part exploration of the potential of solar panels.

I also loved the number of kick-ass women in this drama.

While neither perfect nor an all timer (I was not invested in the solar panel / business sub plots and the second ML’s storyline did not work for me) Shine on Me was exactly the comfort watch I needed to start 2026.
